Vegan Queso Dip

Ingredients
3/4 cup warm water
1/2 cup cashews
1 clove garlic, grated
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
- Add water and cashews to your BlendJet, and blend for 2 cycles, or until smooth.
- Add grated garlic, nutritional yeast, cumin, chili powder, salt, and turmeric, and blend for another cycle.
- Refrigerate overnight to thicken, and serve.
