Spring is here, and we've got the perfect light and fruity dessert topping for you to celebrate with! Simply add a few ingredients to your BlendJet portable blender, including our new Raspberry Dragon Fruit JetPack, to create this scrumptious cheesecake topping! Read on to learn how to make this Dragon Fruit Sauce recipe.

 Ingredients

1 Raspberry Dragon Fruit JetPack

1 cup water

1/2 cup frozen dragon fruit

Juice of 1/2 lime

2 Tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
  1. Add JetPack and water to your BlendJet, and blend for 1 cycle.
  2. Pour into a saucepan on medium heat, and add frozen dragon fruit, juice of 1/2 lime, and maple syrup, and stir.
  3. Everything will break down quite quickly, and the sauce will start to thicken. Continue to cook down until the thickness is to your liking.
  4. Pour sauce over cheesecake, and refrigerate or freeze to set. Enjoy!
