Jen Selter's Banana Pancakes

JEN SELTER’S BANANA PANCAKES INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
1 banana
1 cup of oats
1/2 cup of oat milk
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 tbsp of sugar-free maple syrup
Topped with granola, blueberries and honey
- Add 3 eggs to your BlendJet and blend.
- Add 1 banana and blend.
- Pour into a bowl.
- Stir in 1 cup of oats.
- Add 1/2 cup oat milk.
- Add 1 tsp of baking soda & 1 tsp vanilla.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using about a 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides.
- Top with 2 tbsp of sugar-free maple syrup.
- Add granola, blueberries or honey to taste.

This is an awesome recipe! But just wondering why you would have so many real, delicious ingredients and then use sugar-free maple syrup when maple syrup also comes from mother nature and is beautiful in its original form, not a processed sugar free variety.
Can i substitute the oat milk for dairy milk?

Since I can’t use eggs, my pancakes have
1 cup flour
1 tbsp baking soda
Pinch of cinnamon
1/2 tbsp sugar cane sugar or maple
1/4 tsp salt
Optional chocolate chips, walnuts
I also use a good non stick pan without oils
Mix well pour on a hot pan
Top w berries.

Usually when I cook, things I make don’t look as good as the photos, but this time, your video made it easy and these are the best darn pancakes I’ve ever eaten. Didn’t think you could make pancakes in a portable blender. Cool idea!
