DETOX POWER SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup almond milk (or soy, dairy, etc.)

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 handful of spinach

1 banana

1 tsp of chia seeds

1/4 cup frozen mixed berries

Instructions
  1. Add 1/3 cup milk.
  2. Add 1 tbsp peanut butter.

  4. Add a handful of chopped up spinach (minimal stems recommended).
